Logistics and movers are coordinated after the home is secured. We allow adequate time for scheduling once ownership is confirmed.
FAQs
How does it work?
Step 1: Purchase Timeframe. Provide us with your general purchase timeframe. If it is more than 30 days, check back closer to the time time you're looking to buy and we'll get you scheduled for a viewing. (if the home is still available)
Step 2: Schedule viewing. If you're looking to purchase within 30 days or less.
Step 3: Make an offer. If the home you've viewed meets your needs, make your best offer and secure it with a deposit.
Step 4: Secure with a Deposit. Make a deposit to secure the home. A deposit shows us you're serious and allows us to take the home off the market and mark it PENDING for you until closing.
Step 5: Closing & Title Exchange. Once full deposit is received, we can then schedule closing. This involves exchange of final payment for title. Closing will only be scheduled once full deposit is received.
Logistics and movers are coordinated after the home is secured. We allow adequate time for scheduling once ownership is confirmed.
Is remote buying safe?
Yes, we use secure payment methods such as secure bank transfers, payment links and invoices, all of which offer documentation for your records. We provide receipts for deposits; additionally a bill of sale is provided in addition to title. You can also expect clear communication every step.
What if I want to see the home first?
Absolutely. We provide detailed photos, however, physical viewings and buyer inspections are a must before accepting any funds, so you feel confident before buying.
What if I need help with moving?
After you have purchased the mobile home, we can give you the time needed to find a mover and get the home moved. If you need help finding a mover, that is an added service we offer. It is completely separate and a part from your mobile home purchase.
