How does it work?

Step 1: Provide us with your general purchase timeframe. If it is more than 30 days, just check back closer to the time you're looking to buy and we'll get you scheduled for a viewing, if the home is still available.

Step 2: Schedule viewing. If you're looking to purchase within 30 days or less.

Step 3: Make an offer. If the home you've viewed meets your needs, make an offer and secure it with a deposit.

Step 4: Make a deposit to secure the home. A deposit shows us your serious and allows us to take the home off the market and mark it PENDING for you until closing.

Step 5: Closing & Title Exchange. Once full deposit is receive we can then schedule closing. This involves exchange of final payment for title.

Is remote buying safe?

Yes, we use secure payment methods such as secure bank transfers, payment links and invoices, all of which offer documentation for your records. We provide receipts for deposits; additionally a bill of sale is provided in addition to title. You can also expect clear communication every step.

What if I want to see the home first?

Absolutely. We provide detailed photos, however, physical viewings and buyer inspections are a must before accepting any funds, so you feel confident before buying.

What if I need help with moving?

After you have purchased the mobile, we can give you the time needed to find a mover and get the home moved. If you need help finding a mover, that is an added service we offer complete separate and apart from your mobile home purchase.
